3) HOSTEL MANAGER / WARDEN

 

Responsibilities:-

 

1.  Responsible for ensuring student dormitory is in good condition, safe and comfortable for students.

2.  Ensure hygiene and nervousness in the dormitory room.

3.  Ensure male students in the hostel comply with the prescribed schedule (11.00 pm in their respective dormitory room).

4.  Ensure that male students attend classes and should not be in the dorm room during class time.

5.  Ensure that male students do not make noise and disturb the residents of WIT College.

6.  Supervise male students conducting sports activities next to the evening.

7.  Tell the Head of the Dormitory Warden if there are male students in the dormitory and take them to the clinic / hospital.

8.  Ensure that dormitory students do not commit any activities that violate hostel regulations.

9.  Make sure you patrol and record in the book and give the Head of the Warden the Dormitory to take further action.

10. Make sure you always dress neatly on duty.

11. Make sure students wake up and pray for five prayers for Muslim students.

 

Requirements: -

 

i.  Candidates for appointment shall have the following qualifications:

a. Malaysian;

b. aged not less than 35 years on the closing date of the job post; and

c. Certificate: -

• Malaysian Certificate of Education or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government; or

• Malaysian Certificate of Education or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government as well as Malaysia Level 2 Skills Certificate in relevant fields or qualifications recognized equivalent thereto; or

4. Coordinate interview session with the hiring manager and candidates

5. Liase with candidate from point of offer to onboarding.

6. Managing and maintaining employee’s database Any other task, as requested.

1. Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent.

3. Bring to the attention of the Chairman matters pertaining to staff, external Contract and Board Meeting.

4. Keep record of Chairman appointment and schedules to be assist by Assistant Personal Secretary.

5. He/she should state of all confidential matters / must defend any matters against Kolej and Chairman.

6. Responsible for handling all confidential correspondence and documentation, take note of Board meeting, finance meeting and other meeting.

7. Undertake other responsibilities assigned by the Chairman from time to time.

 

Requirements: -

 

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial or any related fields.

2. Skill are required be perform multiple, technical task writing a need to occasionally upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions.

3. Minimum if 3 years (s) working experience in secretary.

4. Specific skills required to satisfactorily perform the function of the job
